What to Expect From A Home Inspection
A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. The inspector prepares a written report, often using home inspection software, and delivers it to a client, typically the home buyer. The client then uses the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase. The home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection. As a CPI we meet all the certification requirements as a Residential Property Inspector.
When you find the house that is right for you, you need to find a Home Inspector to educate you about its condition.
